Michael Skipakevich will provide strong Leadership! Michael is old enough to defend and serve our nation in the global war against terrorism and strong enough to provide the needed Leadership to defend and represent all San Francisco Peninsula communities in Sacramento. Ever since our great nation was attacked on 9/11, Bay Area residents, have been confronted with the reality that there are extremist in our midst…a 5th Column. Dictionary.com defines “5th column” originally as Franco sympathizers in Madrid during the Spanish Civil War so called in allusion to a statement in 1936 that the fascist insurgents had four columns marching on Madrid and a 5th column of sympathizers in the city ready to rise and betray it. The Sierra Club’s Restore Hetch Hetchy campaign is our Baghdad By The Bay extremist 5th column. Michael Skipakevich, as the newly appointed Executive Director of the San Francisco Peninsula Fire Safe Council is asking Congressmen Richard Pombo and George Radanovich to co-sponsor the Fire Safe Council's 911 ALERT San Francisco Bay Area Homeland Security Plan re-submitted to the Congressional Parks Sub-committee in May 2006. http://www.cwposse.org/pebble/html/2006_May_1_911AmbientALERT.html

Set Up & Sold Out:San Francisco Democrats vs Sierra Club lawsuit! “Ordinance 031690 authorizing settlement of the lawsuit by Restore Hetch Hetchy against the City and County of San Francisco for $1,700.; the lawsuit was filed on July 24, 2003 in San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. 503-306; entitled Restore Hetch Hetchy v. San Francisco Board of Supervisors et al.; other material terms of said settlement are that the City and County of San Francisco and San Francisco Public Utilities Commission agree to remain neutral on Petitioner’s efforts to seek funding for preparation of a study assessing the feasibility of restoring the Hetch Hetchy Valley.” Our Baghdad By the Bay Democrats agreed to stay neutral until November 18th 2006. Here our the names of the Sierra Club's 5th Column leaders: California Assembly Speaker Pro Tem Leland Yee, Assemblyman Gene Mullins, Democrat Minority Leader Pelosi, Senator Feinstein, Senator Boxer, Congressman Tom Lantos and Congresswoman Anna Eshoo all embraced the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Cut & Run settlement and their Pay to Play political conspiracy of silence until after the mid-term election on November 7th 2006. Set Up & Sold Out as usual, putting their political careers ahead of protecting the Bay Area water users and economy. Michael Skipakevich supports the 911 ALERT San Francisco Peninsula Security Plan! Alan Anthony Beaven was one of the Half Moon Bay Coastside Foundation’s ( www.CWPosse.org ) S.F. Peninsula Fire Safe Council co-founders and Clean Water Act legal counsel. Alan’s fearless passion was the protection of the Bay Area’s water quality and the watershed’s natural systems. He made the ultimate sacrifice for this his adopted county on September 11, 2001 on United Flight 93. Alan was one of the many heroes that died that day, but his love of life, family and community required him to do what he had always done…the right thing. The California Watershed Posse will strive to preserve his living legacy, by protecting the Bay Area water quality, maintaining a fire safe San Francisco Bay Area Watersheds, and doing the right thing by making sure we meet today’s community needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.

Michael Skipakevich is NOT NEUTRAL when it come to providing protection against 5th Column extremist. Michael will provide the focused leadership necessary to protect the Hetch Hetchy Regional Water System and grow the Bay Area economy. As the newly appointed Executive Director of the San Francisco Peninsula Fire Safe Council, he is re-submitting the 911 ALERT S.F. Peninsula Security Plan http://www.rlinc.us/rlinc/firesafe.html proposal to the Congressional Parks Committee proposing that the rent that San Francisco pays for the Hetch Hetchy Valley be increase after eighty years from it’s current $30,000. per year to at least $25 million per year. The SFPUC currently grosses over $40 million dollars annually in hydro-electric revenues alone. The San Francisco Peninsula Fire Safe Council is proposing that the Congressional Park Committee earmark at least one half of their rent increase for the Hetch Hetchy Valley to be used exclusively to fund the S.F. Peninsula Fire Safe Council deployment of the AmbientALERT Sentinel Systems: FireALERT, FluidALERT, & IntruderALERT. The San Francisco Peninsula Fire Safe Council will also fund and implement an over 250,000 acres California Fire Plan mandated vegetative fuel management program in perpetuity required for the protection of the Bay Area Hetch Hetchy regional watershed wildland-urban intermix (WUI) zones and the 75,000 acre Golden Gate National Recreational Area (GGNRA). The key elements of the 911 ALERT Security Plan are deploying the AmbientALERT sentinels, reduce hazardous vegetation, the creation of defensible space around Bay Area community structures, and the education of residents regarding fire hazards and fire behavior provided on their www.LetsConnect.tv Desktop Emergency Services Quick Connects tutorials!.

Join Michael's and the www.CWPosse.org in Protecting the California Dream by voting for Michael Skipakevich on November 7th. Working together, we can accomplish everything!
